ASTX was cash flow positive through 3Q2012, and their YE2012 financials will be available shortly.
Currently, ASTX projects net cash burn from a cash flow perspective of ($10M) for 2013, which may be revised when the year-end financials 2012 are presented in 1Q2013.

ASTX has a $200M shelf registration that has been active and unused for over 5 years. They have no line of credit.
