1) When is the last time CNDO raised cash through an offering (diluted)? The last time Coronado raised cash through a public offering was in June 2012.
2) How much cash (not cash equivalents) does CNDO have? Coronado had $47.5million at the end of September 2012.
3) What and approximately when is the next known catalyst? We anticipate the data from our phase 2 program in Crohn's disease in 2H2013.
4) What is CNDO's quarterly cash burn? We have not disclosed the exact amount, but we anticipate that we will have cash into early 2014.
5) Does CNDO have an existing line of credit and if so how much can they draw against it? Coronado does not have an existing line of credit.
