Here I have just uploaded your screenshot as an image.
It comes out a bit bigger but I could shrink it to try to match the rest.
What I did was make the entire image a link, in this case linking out to MY tweet on Twitter...therefore it is no different than someone clicking on the embedded tweet above.
A bit more work, so we wouldn't want to do 20 like this, but if there are a couple important ones I think it will work
