When it comes to trading, most would agree that timing is everything. Whether you are a long term investor, swing or day trader, nobody wants to get caught holding shares of a company that announces a secondary offering (dilution). Likewise, a company that lacks catalysts will not generate much interest in the market. Ideally, we are all looking for a company that has sufficient financial resources to get past their next know catalyst or further.
Given the answers to the 5 questions that I have put together, one can quickly assess if the conditions are present that warrant further research.
